“The Other” 是 Lauv 在2015年3月發表的單曲，也算是他對外發表的第一首單曲，並開始他創作人的生涯。這首歌也收錄在《 I met you when I was 18. 》中。
《 I met you when I was 18. 》是 Lauv 在2018年5月31日發表的一個音樂合輯 (the playlist)，這是只在音樂平台上發行，後有只在日本獨家發行實體CD。這也是 Lauv 第一個完整音樂項目，共收錄17首歌。講的是一段故事，關於第一次戀愛，第一次迷失自我，第一次去拼湊一段回憶。
Lauv 的《 I met you when I was 18. 》對我來說有不一樣的意義，因為我對整張專輯有著極大的共鳴，這也是我開始想分享更多好歌，分享每首歌背後的故事給更多人知道，是我建立平台的初衷。
