“YOU AGAINST YOURSELF” 是 Ruel 在2022年8月17日發表的單曲。
Ruel 是出生於2002年10月29日的澳大利亞歌手，本名叫 Ruel Vincent Van Dijk。
Ruel 的父親 Ralph 當年向獲得格萊美獎的製作人 M-Phazes 發送了一段關於 Ruel 翻唱 James Bay 的歌曲 “Let It Go” 的視頻，因此獲得的製作人的青睞。隨後在2017年4月，他們推出了合作單曲 “Golden Years”，及許多後續單曲包括 “Don’t Tell Me”、”Dazed & Confused” 和”Younger” 都收錄在他的首張 EP，《Ready》。
目前 Ruel 這在籌備他的首張長篇錄音室專輯，其中包含這一首 “YOU AGAINST YOURSELF”。
